Better Regulation Consultative Committee (BRCC)

The Better Regulation Consultative Committee (BRCC) is HMRC’s principal forum for the discussion of issues relating to the better regulation of HMRC’s legislative and operational procedures.

It acts as a sounding board for proposed policy and operational initiatives for which HMRC is or will be responsible, and as an avenue for discussion of member’s own concerns and proposals for change. It also seeks to identify better regulation issues arising from current or proposed policies or implementation and to suggest solutions and resolve issues.
