Forms available to claim relief from UK income tax

There are claim forms available for:

• The current Double Taxation Convention (SI 2003 Number 3199). Use these forms for making claims under the current Double Taxation Convention that took effect in relation to tax deducted at source from 1 July 2004. If the income was paid before 1 July 2004, please use the link below for the appropriate forms.
• The previous Double Taxation Agreement (SI 1968 Number 305). Use these forms only for making claims under the previous Double Taxation Agreement, where the income was paid before 1 July 2004.
