Requests for Child Benefit products

Requests should be made in the following ways:

HMRC Enquiry Centres and Intermediaries, for example Citizens Advice Bureau, Welfare Rights

should fax their request to Newcastle Estates. Requests must be on headed paper and faxed to 0191 225 5139 (only if the form they require is not available via Child Benefit Forms).
