The findings of HMRC's Capability Re-Review were published on the 14 December 2009 by the Cabinet Office.
The Re-Review assessed HMRC's ability to meet both the challenges it faces today and those it will face in the future. The reviewers - three independent, external experts from the public and private sector - looked at how well HMRC delivers its objectives, examined its overall strategy and how well its leaders perform.
