Registered Dealers In Controlled Oil Scheme

This article announces an informal consultation with business on the proposal to relax some of the requirements of the RDCO (Registered Dealers in Controlled Oil) scheme. This will involve de-registration of some businesses and allowing some businesses to move from the current system of monthly RDCO returns to an annual consolidated return system.
