HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) Learning Together events enable tax agents and advisers and operational HMRC staff, to learn together in an informal and safe environment.

These Learning Together events, which include interactive case studies, will look at what happens when customers disagree with an HMRC decision that can be appealed against, what steps to take, and how HMRC deals with such appeals.

Events will start at 10.00 (with refreshments available from 09.30) and finish between 12.00 and 12.30.
Book your place using the form you can find through the link below. You’ll receive an email to confirm that a place has been reserved and HMRC will send you information about the venue, including a map and directions.
