Altering your fonts in Opera

If you are having difficulties seeing or reading on-screen fonts (e.g. Tahoma or Monotype Corsiva), you may wish to alter the fonts displayed.

  1. Click 'File' or press 'Alt' + 'F'.
  2. Click 'Preferences' or press 'F'.
  3. Click 'Page Style' or use the down arrow key.
  4. Click 'My fonts and colours' or press 'Alt' + 'C'.
  5. Click 'OK' or press 'Enter'.
  6. Click 'File' menu or press 'Alt' + 'F'.
  7. Click 'Preferences' or press 'F'.
  8. Click 'Fonts and Colours' or use the down arrow key.
  9. From the list of options select the type of text you want to change.
  10. Click 'Choose' or press 'C' on the keyboard.
  11. In the font dialog box that pops up, choose your 'Font' by using the arrow keys to move up and down a list and 'Tab' to move to the next option.
  12. Click 'OK' or press 'Enter' once to close the 'Font' dialog box and 'Tab' once to reach the 'OK' button on the 'My fonts and colors' box and press 'Enter'.
