The draft regulations applying the Police and Criminal Evidence (Northern Ireland) order 1989 to HMRC (PDF 141K) were published on 25 April 2007. Regulations applying the Police and Criminal Act 1984 to England and Wales were included in the Summary of Responses: Criminal Investigation powers at Annex C published on 13 March 2007.
