1 Matters Arising

JG updated OpCom on the terms of reference for the Information Commissioners Audit.

2 ERP Phase 1B – Preparation for 'Go Live'

OpCom were updated on preparation for roll out of ERP Phase 1B and were informed that HR would be holding workshops and providing support to assist staff in populating ERP correctly.

3 Pan Departmental Time and Activity Recording System

OpCom were updated on proposed work to develop a pan departmental time and activity recording system. OpCom agreed to extend the interim system and for further work on options for a pan departmental system.

4 PSA/CRI Project Funding

OpCom were updated on the proposed information priorities for the BI Programme's PSA and Cost & Resource Information project over the next six months. OpCom agreed to the release of funds for the next stage of the project.

5 Security Incidents

OpCom were updated on online security incidents and actions to mitigate these.

6 "Collection and Management" – Extra Statutory Concessions

OpCom were updated on the Commissioners’ power to make ESC's.
