Simon Hopkins updated the Committee on Business Planning.

3 Low income groups

Jane Frost gave a presentation on HMRC’s relationships with low income groups.

4 Capability Review

Leonora Robertson provided an update on the Capability Review ahead of the forthcoming twelve month checkpoint with the Cabinet Office.

5 HMRC Information Security Strategy

The Committee endorsed HMRC’s approach to an Information Security Strategy.

6 Workforce Change

Mary Hay and Dave Smith gave a presentation on Workforce Change options.

7 Carter Programme

Stephen Banyard updated the Committee on unregistered taxpayers who had missed the deadline for filing paper returns.

8 AOB

The Committee discussed the Forward Look.

The Committee agreed correspondence paper 'United Kingdom Border Agency Interim Operating Arrangements'.
