1 Budget sign off

ExCom agreed to have a limited reduction in allocation across the entire Department, excluding customer contact and benefits and credits. Additional savings will be made from the investment budget, but projects will be put in a ‘wait pen’ and funding given in priority order as funds are released throughout the year.

The next meeting of the Executive Committee will be on 6 May 2008 in Room G57 100 Parliament Street.
