If I have a Personal Service Company, and the company gets its contracts through an agency, does that automatically mean that I will be taxed as an employee?
Where a worker works through a Personal Service Company and contracts with clients via an agency will the agency be made responsible for deducting PAYE and NICs if the Personal Service Company fails to deduct PAYE and NICs?

As an agency we supply intermediaries to clients. Is it true that if we (the agency) make payments direct to the worker we would be liable for the tax/NICs? And, if so, would expenses payments represent remuneration?
