Most of these forms can be viewed as PDF files and some also as HTML web pages. To view a PDF file you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. If you require this material converting to large print or Braille please contact your local HMRC office, or enquiry centre. You can down load all of these forms for completion. But, if you want to make a claim on one of the R68 series forms you must first have obtained a tax reference number from HMRC Charities. If you are making your first claim and need a tax reference number please contact the Charities Helpline .
