Identification of an RLLB case on ECS
- All EU Large Employers/Contractors cases are flagged on ECS with a ‘LECO’ or ‘L&C’ notation.
- In order to maintain the integrity of the notations restrictions will be placed on those able to amend the entries.
- Where compliance, employer support & customer service staff become aware that the data is incorrect they must
- complete a stencil (available via SEES) and send it to
- for LBS cases - LBS Business Support Team, Longbenton
- for L&C cases - RIS Strategic, Longbenton
Shared Workspace
Shared workspace is a master database of EU Large businesses within RLLB and their constituent elements, providing
- a database of customer managed and other high risk businesses, identifying the Customer Relationship Managers and Tax Specialists
- shared workspace room for each of these businesses to be used as an information store and record of all activity
- a database for use as an information store and communication tool for those businesses where a specific shared room is not appropriate - largely those low risk businesses where a customer manager has not been appointed
Access to Shared Workspace will be restricted.

This is available on the LBS website and provides options to address specific risks.
Business Signposts
This is also available on the LBS site website and provides indicators of risks.
Testbank
This is the Local Compliance equivalent of the RAAM, performs the same function and is available on the LC pages of the intranet.
